Lowest price guarantee

When booking your hotel or package, you will notice a Best Price Guarantee stamp. This means, if you find the same pre-paid hotel for less after you've processed your booking with, we will credit you the difference. You must provide a link which clearly indicates a lower quote in order to receive a credit.

Is there an additional discount when I book hotels and admissions together?

Depending on the event, admissions may vary when buying as a package with accommodations. Although these discounts may already be applied in the pricing.

Selecting your dates

When selecting your travel dates, you'll see the total price increase or decrease as you make your personal adjustments. Please note that the event dates are in blue. Dates shaded in color are either sold out or not available and can't be booked. If a property has a minimum night stay, this will be noted in the breakdown on the review page

What do coloured dates mean?

Dates displayed in a darker color specify the event dates. Please select the dates in shaded color to book your reservation.

Are new dates ever added during a live event?

Once an event has started, all dates and rates are final unless otherwise noted on the sale.

What additional hotel information do you provide?

We break down our favourite aspects of each hotel and experience, including our preferred hotels and activities in the area. Always check the Details tab to find all room specifications and policy information, including maximum occupancy and bonus features included with your room booking.

How do I book multiple rooms?

To book multiple rooms, simply use our drop-down menu by clicking in an specific travel package or in just press on the calendar.When choosing dates you will be required to select how many rooms you wish to book. You are able to select up to as many rooms as previously selected. However, if you would like to book different types of rooms, you must make a separate reservation for each room type.

Can I view a breakdown of nightly rates before booking?

The hotel details page gives you the opportunity to double-check everything before you make your purchase. To view your daily rates, please  check on the View Breakdown link on the right side of the page.

Where do I make a special and/or bedding request?

Immediately after you confirm your purchase, a pop-up will appear with several bedding and/or special requests that you may check off. Please note that these requests cannot be guaranteed and are based upon availability at check-in.

Can I change the names of the guests on my reservation?

After confirming your purchase, you will be prompted to enter the names of each participating guest. The names you enter will be associated to rooms included in your reservation and sent directly to the hotel. If you'd like to change the names after finalizing your purchase, please send an email to and we will contact the hotel with your request.

What does it mean when I get an error message when booking?

If you receive an error message when booking, please contact to double-check before attempting to book again. Your order may have been processed, and we do not want your credit card to be charged twice.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order that will include your Order and Reservation details. A second email with tips and reminders will be sent within 72 hours of the event, should you need to contact the hotel directly or make changes.


How does payment work?

We accept most major credit cards, including many international cards. If you have any questions about payment, please email

 Why are there separate charges?

Hotel and admission purchases are separate transactions therefore will appear separately on your credit card statement. A charge will appear for HotelBeds, Expedia or Booking for Hotels and Flights. Another charge will appear for the admission tickets with the event name organizer, TicketMaster, or Stripe.

What taxes and fees are included in each purchase?

We do our best to include all the mandatory taxes and fees charged by each property in the final price for each event. However, if there are any fees that are not included, it will be noted in the Details tab and/or the To Know sections of the event's page.

How and when do I receive credit?

As part of our customer loyalty program, you may be awarded extra credit when you refer a friend. We will credit your account when your friend makes their first purchase.

Can I gift a trip or book on behalf of a friend?

Absolutely. You can either book it under your name or change the traveler's name right after you make your purchase.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Once you've reached the confirmation page, you will be asked to enter a coupon code, if applicable. If the coupon code is valid we will automatically apply it to your total before checkout.


Can I cancel a package after I book?

Hotel reservations are dependent of the hotel in question's cancellation policies. Please make sure to read the policy on each room before making a purchase. If you need to cancel, you must submit your request to for immediate cancellation. However all event admissions are prepaid in full and are non-refundable. Please be sure to contact if you have any questions regarding our policy.

How do I cancel a reservation?

How do I get or pick up my admission tickets or bracelets?

Instructions for ticket pickup or delivery will be included in the confirmation emails received once the purchase has been completed.

Do I need to bring anything with me in order to check in?

We suggest bringing a copy of your record locator, as this number links your reservation with the information the hotel has processed in its system. This will help eliminate any potential check-in issues.

Do I need to have the same credit card with me at check-in that I used to make my reservation?

No. The hotel will require a valid photo ID and any valid credit card in order to check in, not necessarily the one used for purchase on

What should I do if the hotel has problems locating my reservation?
